About Department

The Bachelor Degree Programme in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS) started in the academic year 2023-2024 with an intake capacity of 60. The department of AI & DS has been established with the vision to impart and strengthen core as well as technological knowledge base in all dimensions of this emerging area.

The offered curriculum is interdisciplinary in nature by fine tuning computer science discipline with Mathematical Foundations, Artificial Intelligence Techniques, Machine Learning Principles, Statistical Methods, Data Science principles and methodologies. Consequently, by pursuing this specialized programme, the students will be able to apply all aforesaid interdisciplinary skills to perform data processing, analysis and visualization in many real-time applications.
